Rag Rug

I like to repourpose things. I had a number of old towels. The towels had out lived their lives as useful towels. I ripped up the towels into thin strips, sewed the strips into a long strip. I rolled the strip into a huge ball and used a large crochet hock to make a long chain. After I made the chain I sewed by hand the chain into a round rug. The hardest part was the hand sewing.

I came up with this by myself after seeing a number of rag rugs and wanting one.
